What is Immediate Solutions Coaching?
Immediate Solutions Coaching is a one-to-one consultation during which I work with you to get to the root cause of your emotional and/or physical symptoms; having discovered the unique causes of your symptoms, you will be guided to take part in your own recovery from the symptoms.
Immediate Solutions Coaching is different from any other approach you may have come across and is unique to Prime Source: it combines Journey Therapy with the other approaches I am qualified in to create a unique blend that brings out the best of each individual approach.
Most therapies approach a problem from a singular point of view. They emphasize one approach to solving the problem - like cognitive-behavioural therapy or hypnotherapy. My varied background allows me to present solutions from a variety of perspectives. Having been trained in Journey Therapy, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), Hypnosis, Time Line Therapy, The Sedona Method, Byron Katie's 'The Work', Reiki and Firewalking, I am able to put the pieces of the puzzle together in a way that has never been done before.
You are getting the most practical, up-to-date, and comprehensive approach available in enabling lasting change. Additionally, you are receiving coaching in some of these techniques, enabling you to be able to help yourself in the long run; this is far more empowering than being "fixed" by someone.
Who would benefit from this type of approach?
The people that I work with and who benefit the most from my approach have some similar characteristics. You too can benefit from the Immediate Solutions Coaching approach if:
you have reached a point of being fed up of being fed up
you have tried many other approaches, some of which may have helped temporarily, but the results did not last
you have decided that getting over your problem is more important than understanding how a particular therapy works
you are willing to take responsibility for your own recovery and want assistance in learning the skills by which you can help yourself
you want a say in your own health programme
In order to find out whether you would benefit from my approach, you will need to have completed a telephone and, in most cases, an additional in-person interview with me. This is to allow me to determine in depth whether you would benefit from this work and what your personalised programme should contain. It is also an opportunity for you to get to know me and determine if I am the right person to help you. There is no charge made for the initial telephone consultation.
Hi Sanjay
I still feel your serenity…..
This is just a note of thanks…..
The gift of time you gave me this morning to make sure I was comfortable, confident and inspired is certainly something I won’t find on the shelves this festive season.
It struck me that I had to write and tell you that’s why you are so different. It’s hard as a mere mortal to arrive at a strange place to meet a stranger to bare your soul and then pay for the privilege. Maybe that’s why so often people talk of why they haven’t yet found the right coach for them. The way you offer this service as a gift to make sure it’s the right thing for your client shows how connected you are to them and the trusting bonds begin to form. I was able to ask any questions of you and I enjoyed our “conversation”. I know that the couple of hours you have invested in me today will form fantastic foundations for me to move forward in my own journey of discovery.
Warm wishes
Melanie
What happens during an Immediate Solutions Coaching session?
During the coaching, I will help you elicit the underlying (and often hidden) causes of your symptoms, whether they are emotional or physical in nature.
Having elicited these possible causes, I will guide you through a process which will be individually designed for you: this may include the use of an Emotional and/or Physical Journey process, Reiki, the Sedona Method, and Byron Katie's 'The Work'.
